I was looking at the illustration at the top of the main page; it's got a bunch of really cool vehicles. One thing though...
I vote that someone with some kind of grafix skill put a nice lil longroof in there. It doesn't have to be a 505SW (ok. maybe it should), but the longroof needs to be in there.

What makes you think the 505 is worthy of representing all wagons?

French rear wheel drive turbodiesel wagon with apparently very comfortable seats.

If I remember right, the most power they were able to get out of a 2.5 liter engine was 100 and change and it then got put in a car that weighed 3100+ lbs. Such a sad to be had by any and all who drove.

My dad still owns the Turbo wagon he bought in Switzerland in 1986: 150ish horsepower, RWD, more like 1.2 metric tons than 3100 lbs, and a heck of a lot of fun to drive. Don't knock it till you try it.
But hey, I'd be fine with a Roadmaster, a Vista Cruiser, a 5 touring, any old Volvo brick...

The XDT3 was the engine they put in them, it was 2.5 liters and developed 94 hp in the turbo charged version, and 108hp in the turbo/intercooled version. The 'break' model of the wagon has a curb/kerb hovering in the low 1400kg and maxing at 1436kg and the familiale model (extra row of seats) was in the upper 1400kg maxing at 1495kg. I'm not being argumentative, that's just the facts. Perhaps your dad did a lot of after market work on it.

Sorry there, but what makes you think I was talking about a diesel? I said we have the turbo, there may have been a turbo diesel, but back then "the turbo" meant the 2.2l gasoline (the diesel wasn't even for sale in Switzerland back then)
You're either a true specialist or a Wikipedia expert but if you speak with someone old enough to know they will tell you that back then 505 turbo sedan was even seen by some journos as a competitor to the 3 series.
